# Boekly

Boekly is appointment and salon management software for premium hair salons,
beauty salons, barbershops and clinics. It covers the calendar, point of sale,
payments, marketing and administration in one system, and gives each business
its own booking page on its own domain under its own brand (white-label).

Countries served: the Netherlands and Belgium. The website and the product are
in Dutch.

Made by Fijnn, a sole proprietorship in the Netherlands. The website is
getboekly.nl; the product itself runs at app.getboekly.nl.

## Pricing

All prices exclude VAT (Dutch: excl. btw).

- Solo — EUR 30 per month, excluding VAT
- Salon — EUR 60 per month, excluding VAT
- Studio — EUR 120 per month, excluding VAT

There is no per-employee fee on any plan. A team costs the same as one person
on the same plan.

Boekly never charges commission on a booking. There is no percentage taken
from an appointment, and a new client costs nothing extra.

Boekly charges nothing per transaction. Boekly Pay, our optional payment
option, charges 0.4% per transaction, excluding VAT, and only when the business
chooses to settle through it. A business that keeps its existing card terminal
pays no transaction fee at all. The fees of payment processor Mollie, with whom
the business holds its own account, apply separately and are not quoted here.

Trial: 30 days free, no credit card required.

Founding Clinics: EUR 1,400 one-off for the first 25 businesses, which gives
lifetime access at the Salon level with no further subscription. 25 seats in
total.

## Who built it

Boekly was built by Farzad, a salon owner. Every feature runs in his own salon
for months before it reaches another business. Contact: info@getboekly.nl.

Customers today: Lavé Beauty (Zeist) and Glorious Kliniek (Antwerpen). There
are no other customers, and none are claimed.
